Registering with false or incomplete information may result in account closure at any time and forfeiture of any deposited funds. 2888bet reserves the right to reject any account application at its sole discretion.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

4. Deposits & Payments

Important Terms & Conditions for Deposits:

• There are no hidden charges on deposits. However, fees imposed by the payment gateway may apply.

5. Withdrawals & KYC Verification

The following conditions must be met to withdraw funds from 2888bet:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 1,000 (one thousand taka).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to your own payment method — transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.

Documents required for KYC verification:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A selfie holding your NID.
• A utility bill or bank statement as proof of address (no older than 3 months).

Withdrawals will be held if KYC verification is not completed. Providing false information during verification will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

2888bet regularly offers various bonuses and promotional deals. The following conditions apply to claim these offers:

• Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, the specified wagering requirements must be met.
• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus has its own wagering requirement (typically 10x–30x). Withdrawals will not be permitted until the bonus conditions are fulfilled.
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.
• One Bonus at a Time: Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonus offers will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account may be suspended.

7. Betting Rules

Please familiarize yourself with the following general rules before placing a bet on 2888bet:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. Please verify all details before placing your bet.
• Odds on live betting events may change after the event has started. We reserve the right to accept or decline bets at revised odds at our own discretion.
• 2888bet reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded — subject to the applicable policy.
• Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the market and event.
• In accumulator/parlay bets, if any single selection is incorrect, the entire parlay is lost.

2888bet reserves the right to adjust betting limits for any user. Users identified as professional or syndicate bettors may have their betting privileges restricted.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 2888bet and will result in permanent account closure:

• Multiple Accounts: Holding or operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus offers unfairly — for example, opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus.
• Manipulation: Attempting to manipulate game results or betting markets.
• Hacking & Cyber Attacks: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transfer of funds.
• Abusive Behavior: Threatening or abusive behavior toward customer support staff or other users.
• Third-Party Bets: Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of another person.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

2888bet may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• For violations of the terms and conditions.
• If KYC (Know Your Customer) verification has not been completed.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• If the user has submitted a self-exclusion request.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

Users may also request to close their account at any time. In such cases, any valid balance will be available for withdrawal. Inactive accounts may be charged a maintenance fee of up to BDT 100 per month.

10. Limitation of Liability

2888bet is not liable for the following:

• If a bet is lost due to the user's internet connection dropping.
• For failures or delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
• If the user loses access to their password or account details due to their own negligence.
• For service disruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or pandemics.
• If services become restricted due to changes in the laws of the user's country.

2888bet's total liability shall in no event exceed the balance held in the relevant user's account. 2888bet is not liable for any indirect losses or loss of profits.

11. Policy on Changes to Terms

2888bet reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• For significant changes, a notification may be sent via email or displayed on the platform.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
